Growing up, my dad has always said to not get too excited when things are going really well, because there is always another downfall somewhere in there. So, I'm trying to not get too ahead of myself, but with the beautiful weather here in Asheville and Hendersonville lately, I can't help but feel like everything is so wonderful at the moment.
While I have been busy with some excursions this last month, some pretty exciting stuff has happened. Alongside the fabulous weather where I can practically taste Spring, see it, smell it, and wear it too, my small photography business has grown into a few collaborations with prospering ideas. I am now teaming up with one of my best friends, Brenna. Thanks to her, we are now starting to put together some cool photoshoots with amazing makeup. Also, I was lucky enough to have been set up, through one of my close friends, with this guy I've been spending a lot of time with... who is also now my boyfriend... hehe. He is magnificent, and I'm excited for more adventures on the parkway, and small breakfast dates around town. Also, my seventeenth birthday happened a few weeks ago! I can't believe how quickly time is passing me by. What felt like a few trips around the sun has turned in to so many more.
I am amazed with how wonderful life is right now. Though it is far more difficult to not run faster than my days, I'm trying to take each day by itself, rather than to rush it away. I am learning to conquer what I thought I never could. I am learning to appreciate everything so much more. I am learning to love each day, even if it wasn't the best.
